Our Story
Powering Africa’s businesses with bold learning and inclusive growth.
At Enterprise Group Africa, we believe that small and growing businesses are the heartbeat of Africa’s economy. Our mission is to equip entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to scale sustainably — from the first pitch to the first million.
Who We Are.
Enterprise Group Africa (EGA) is a pan-African group of purpose-driven companies committed to unlocking inclusive and sustainable business growth across the continent.
We’re a team of learning architects, business strategists, and impact creators who came together to solve a big challenge: too many African entrepreneurs and institutions have potential — but lack the structured, context-relevant support to thrive.
Rooted in the belief that Africa’s entrepreneurs, enterprises, and institutions are key to transformative development, we built a platform to change that — blending bold learning, strategic consulting, and ecosystem-level support that’s designed for African realities.
From ideation to scale, we walk alongside our clients and partners at every step of their growth journey — empowering them to grow, lead, and create lasting impact.
What We Do.
At Enterprise Group Africa (EGA), we deliver bold, practical, and impact-driven solutions that equip people, businesses, and institutions to thrive in Africa’s evolving economy. Our work blends deep local insight with global expertise — empowering our clients to lead, grow, and transform sustainably.
EGA operates through six specialized arms, each playing a vital role in fulfilling our mission: growth with impact.
Our Vision.
Building resilient African businesses through bold learning, strategic partnerships, and inclusive growth models.
How We Deliver Our Mission.
We believe that unlocking Africa’s full potential requires more than isolated interventions — it calls for an integrated, systems-based approach. That’s why our six enterprise arms work collaboratively to address the full spectrum of challenges faced by businesses, governments, and communities.
We don’t just consult — we co-create. We don’t just train — we transform. And we don’t just scale programs — we shape ecosystems.
Our Six Enterprise Arms;
- Enterprise Learning – Builds future-ready talent through leadership development, workforce readiness programs, and custom learning solutions for teams and institutions.
- Enterprise Consulting – Drives growth and transformation through research-driven business advisory, strategic planning, and innovation design across sectors.
- Enterprise Capital – Connects impact-driven enterprises to alternative financing, investment readiness support, and capital mobilization for sustainable scaling.
- Enterprise Green – Champions agribusiness, climate resilience, and renewable energy solutions that power Africa’s green economy and rural livelihoods.
- Enterprise Impact – Enables data-informed decisions through rigorous M&E, market research, and analytics that help track and amplify social and business impact.
- Enterprise Foundation – Our nonprofit arm delivering inclusive education, youth employability, and community-based development programs for underserved populations.

Our Collaborative Approach.
We work across the public and private sectors — partnering with governments, development partners, funders, and corporate actors to co-create scalable, locally-owned solutions. Whether we are training youth in rural towns, advising startups in urban hubs, or helping policymakers shape inclusive growth policies — we show up as partners, not providers.
Because for us, transformation is not an event — it’s a journey of shared purpose, radical collaboration, and sustained action.
"Our Values - We Conquer Together"
At EGA, our values are more than just words—they guide how we empower entrepreneurs, build resilient businesses, and drive sustainable growth. We live by the CONQUER values:
C - Commitment to client success and community impact.
O - Openness to innovation and continuous learning.
N - Nurturing talent, ideas, and partnerships.
Q - Quality in everything we design, deliver, and evaluate.
U - Unity in collaboration, culture, and shared purpose.
E - Excellence as a standard, not a goal.
R - Resilience to navigate change and drive results.
These values shape how we support startups, SMEs, and organizations to scale, lead, and thrive.
Our Team.
Our team is a diverse, mission-driven collective of strategists, learning designers, facilitators, consultants, and ecosystem builders — united by a shared belief in Africa’s potential.
With deep experience across sectors and regions, the EGA team brings together business acumen, creativity, and cultural fluency to co-create solutions that drive real-world results.
Whether we’re leading a learning lab, conducting a growth diagnostic, or shaping a national enterprise program — we lead with empathy, boldness, and action.
