Enterprise Group Africa is seeking experienced consultants to join our Consultants Roster to support the design and delivery of high-impact programs across Africa.

Our work focuses on strengthening entrepreneurs, enterprises, and institutions through leadership development, business advisory, enterprise growth programs, and sector-based capacity building.

Consultants will support flagship and customized programs across multiple sectors. Engagements will be project-based and mobilized depending on program needs.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Qualified consultants will be added to the EGA Consultants Roster and contacted when relevant assignments arise.

Education, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements

• Relevant academic qualifications in a related field.
• Demonstrated professional experience within one or more of the listed sectors.
• Experience working in African markets, particularly in entrepreneurship and enterprise development programs.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting capacity-building programs, consulting engagements, or development initiatives is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments requiring adaptive problem-solving and rapid program delivery.

Terms and Conditions

Consultants will be engaged on a project-based consultancy basis depending on program needs and availability of assignments.

The roster will enable EGA to quickly mobilize specialized expertise to support programs across Africa.
