Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Agent to help grow our client base and drive revenue across Enterprise Group Africa's six service clusters. This commission-based role is perfect for individuals who are self-motivated, thrive in dynamic environments, and are passionate about business growth and transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell EGA’s services to entrepreneurs, SMEs, corporates, NGOs, and public institutions
- Identify and engage potential clients through field outreach, online platforms, and referrals
- Conduct tailored sales conversations to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions
- Maintain an active pipeline and record key sales metrics
- Build lasting relationships to foster client loyalty and repeat business
- Collaborate with the Lead Sales Agent to optimize strategies and refine sales messaging
- Represent EGA at relevant events and forums as needed
Onboarding & Certification:
Selected candidates will complete a structured onboarding program covering EGA’s services, sector clusters, and sales techniques. Upon completion, agents will be certified and authorized to represent Enterprise Group Africa in the field.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Degree is an added advantage)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a focus on results
- Familiarity with sectors such as education, finance, agribusiness, or consulting is an added advantage
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Personal laptop or desktop (Core i3 or higher, 4GB RAM minimum)
- Functional microphone
