EGA Enterprise Foundation: Driving Social Impact Through Sales Skills Training

In alignment with our mission to foster sustainable community development, EGA—through its social impact arm, the Enterprise Foundation—successfully conducted a 10-day intensive Sales Representative training program from 1st to 15th July 2025 at YMCA, opposite Serena Hotel, Nairobi.

This initiative, offered at no cost to participants, equipped 60 individuals with vital sales and customer engagement skills, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial potential. Each attendee underwent a structured curriculum facilitated by experienced professionals, and upon completion, all participants were officially certified as Sales Representatives.

This program exemplifies our commitment to giving back to the community in a meaningful, lasting way. By investing in people through skill-building and professional development, we’re not only opening doors to income-generating opportunities but also contributing to local economic growth and social empowerment.
